If someone promises you better, ask them for their numbers.
And if your windows are at the end of their life — rotten frame, broken seal, no longer closing properly — we'll tell you to replace them rather than cover them. A panel improves a window that works; it doesn't repair one that's finished. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong solution.
