Our approach to renovation
One point of contact, a price approved up front, and a schedule we keep. It's all anyone asks of a contractor, and it's rarely what they get.
It starts with a conversation. We want to understand what you want to change, how you use the space, and what bothers you about it now. That conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Then comes the quote. It's free, detailed, and above all: it's the price. You approve it before anything begins. We'd rather spend longer costing the job properly than come back to you mid-project with extras.
We then plan the stages and set a realistic schedule. "Realistic" is the operative word: an optimistic calendar that falls apart at the first surprise helps nobody. We'd rather give you a date we can keep.
During the work you deal with one team, responsible for the whole project. No subcontractors passing the blame, no second number to call. We protect your space, keep the site clean from the first day to the last, and keep you posted as it moves.
And we finish the job. Finishing is where a lot of projects drag — it's also what decides how good the result looks. We don't consider a site done until the details are.

Have other questions?
Can the quote change along the way?
The approved price is the price. If you ask for an addition mid-project, we cost it and you approve it before we do it.
Do you use subcontractors?
You deal with one team, responsible for the whole project. We do the coordinating — you don't have to manage several trades.
